Hi guys, I have applied for my PNP since when I was in school.
The program states that when you get a full time JOB OFFER, and you are about to finish school you can apply for this program.
I have applied in Nov 2012, got my full time job in Jan 2013, then 3 months later they sent a request of some notarized signature from the CEO of the company where I'm hired. Then, they got back again 3 months later and requested some financial statements, and finally on October 2013 got a letter that the application was refused because I was not a full-time employee... :-X (when I sent the application I was not, obviously, but that was the point of the whole program, to fast track students that already have a full time job offer, but by the time they finished with the nonsense paperwork it have had passed 1 year already)
I sent a final letter with a letter of employment, without arguing, but seems to me that some of the employees don't have a clue of what they are doing. If my application was wrong they shouldn't asked for more paperwork in the first place.
Does anyone have had the same problem or advice if something can be done on this regard? It is very frustrating that if you know you have done everything right, you get your application refused for some non-sense reason.
Thanks
