In the Nomination Form, there is a question asking, nominated by which province? Should I indicate the proposed Province I intend to move in, or how do I get this done as this si still at the nomination stage?
Thanks for your response.

You can't apply until you have been nominated by Province. You really should read the instructions on how to apply for a Provincial Nomination.

How do I get nominated then? Hope you don't mind my ignorance?
The process is different for each province and you will have to spend time reading about each in detail to see if you qualify. You can find links to this information on the web page that PMM already provided to you:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp

If you don't feel comfortable / don't have time to do this investigation yourself, then you should hire an immigration lawyer / consultant.
