Provincial Nomination revision after Express Entry Profile cancelled due to incomplete details

I got SINP Nomination in October 2019 and also got ITA, medical done , biometrics also done, but then got cancelled due to incomplete details. Specifically, my ECA got expired.

Although I renewed the ECA but CIC won't re-open my case, so created new profile.

The question is how to get the nomination from SINP associated to new profile.
