Hi,
I created Express Entry Profile last month, however, it was not successful.
Because I was unable to meet basic eligibility requirements.
My Score is 65.
But now I want to try PNP. However, I must enter into the pool to be eligible for express entry.
I have one relative in Canada but not a close relation. My Grandfather's brother's daughter.
So, I m planning to add her as my relative (5marks) and then I can enter into Express Entry Pool.
After that, I will become eligible to apply PNP.
My worry is about proving her as my relative.
So, if I get PNP nomination, I will declare that I'm unable to prove it.
Will this work?
Any issues with this idea?
Is it against Law?
