Can you please help me in understanding that what is Provincial Nomination for Express entry. I really want to know the process, merits and how easy/difficult is it. How it impacts the express entry profile.

Express entry is a federal program and each province also has its own immigration program where they nominate candidates based on the criteria they have. Most of these PNP's are linked to the federal program.
