provincial nomination doubts

Hi
It would be a great help to start my process.
I am in my initial stage of express entry profile creation.
I am waiting for my wes evaluation.My score is below 400, trying to improve it.
Please clarify my doubts.

1.Do I have to score above 400 to apply for PNP
2.Do we have any option in express entry profile to select the required province for PNP?
3.Can we apply for only province at a time.


Please help.

1. Only for Ontario u need 400. SINP and NSNP need about 200 CRS only. These 2 provinces only have without job offer EE sub category.
