Provincial Nomination - Application to IRCC

Hi All,

Please i got my nomination approval and certificate from the province. Is there a way to apply online using my IRCC login account with my nomination approval rather than applying through paper??

Need your inputs thanks.

Note: I do not have an express entry profile.

No if you are nominated through paper based then you can only apply for paper based application. If you applied for express entry then only you can apply for online. Right now paper based application are supposed to be applied online on new permanent residence portal instead of sending your application to Sydney Nova scotia through mail.
