I would like to know whether it is possible to reinstate Provincial Health Insurance Plan in British Columbia while being on "Implied Status"? May be by providing reasoning that I have applied for PR and BOWP before my Health Insurance plan expired.
To note, I have seen extensions on health plan were granted to students when applied before the plan's expiry date. Not sure if this applies in case of PR program or already expired health plan.
Also, I was on a Group Plan from Employer but I don't think it would change much - likely my HR person need to write the letter instead of me.
