Province and territory of interest after ITA without a job offer

Greetings,

I recently got my ITA. My CRS is 463. I don't yet have a job offer. Now, being in the advertising industry I'd ideally like to move to Toronto, Vancouver or Montreal. While filling out my form I came across this section where I was asked which Province/city I intend to move to.

Given my circumstances, what should I do? Does what I pick here have a bearing on my Visa/PR? For instance, if I picked an in-demand city would my application be dismissed on the grounds of unavailability?

You just can't select Montreal without a CSQ.

Sorry to revive this post.

I also received an ITA and also am filling this form.

I do not have a PNP for any province.
If I choose a province and city here, can I change my mind later, or am I obligated to settle in this very town?

If you are an EE candidate, please dont select any province in Quebec. You will be rejected for that as Quebec has it's own immigration system and not included in EE.

I am an EE candidate, yes. I have only english tests, not french.
But what I meant is, say I select Toronto right now and after I submit my documents I change my mind and want to settle in Winnipeg.
Will there be any problem if I change my mind like that when I land?
