I am going to be sending my updated SIN and address to equifax and Transunion. I was wondering if I should send my COPR to them as well. For one, is it safe? Also, is it worth it? Will providing them with my COPR effect my credit profile or score at all?

Anyone have experience with this or have any suggestions?

No - don't provide it. No - this won't impact your credit profile.
