Providing Additional Docs - Application status "Submitted"

Hi all,

I created the PR application for my spouse to be sponsored to Canada.
However, during the creation of the application, one of the PCCs was pending, and so I wrote an LoE explaining that we'd provide the PCC as soon as we received it.

Now, we've received that PCC, but I'm having trouble trying to upload the PCC to the original application.

Can someone explain how that is done?

We haven't received an AOR yet, so I don't know the "Application Number" that the IRCC webform seems to be asking for.

you can either wait or try to submit via webform without the number. I understand entering a series of zeroes or soemthing like that should work.
