provide a copy of a newly issued passport

Hi ,

My daughter got newly issued passport, since the old one will be expired in 2 mounts.
Also IRCC requested newly issued passport:

Please provide a copy of a newly issued passport as the passport you provided expired or will expire within 6 months.

Do I have to send the copy by mail on paper? or I can send it by webform?
