Protected persons Pr timeline P1-P2-Ecopr

We received the PR confirmation; we replied to the email with the requested information (P1). On July 24, we got (P2) access to the portal, and we confirmed we were in Canada and uploaded the photos. Today, Aug 04, I got my eCOPR, but my dependant didn’t. In the eCOPR, it says that I have no dependants, although my partner (dependant) has already uploaded the photos and I see his profile in the portal. Have any of you had a similar experience? Should I just wait a little bit to see if my partner gets his Ecopr? Any help is greatly appreciated

Hey everyone I’m seeing people saying their passport was rejected because of size and lighting. I’m just wondering when you took the passport picture, was an electric copy sent to you for upload? Or was it scanned and uploaded? I’m just trying to figure it out before I have to upload mine. I see there were some issues with lighting so I’m just wondering.

Also I received final decision August 17, replied August 18th and still haven’t received p2. Is this normal? My cpc is Montreal.
