Protected person wants to Mary from another country

Hi, I am a protected person got my positive decision and applied to PR and still waiting for it.

I want to Mary my fiancé and she’s gonna leave my country as I can’t go back to my home country, I’m gonna meet her in another country And marrying here there.

please guys help how to make that happen and what I need and how long this process usually take?
