Property docs?

Today I submitted my application to VFS but they refused to take any business or land deed/papers except for land valuations. I wonder if this is the same for everyone and Im not the only such case? They claimed that cic doesnt accept any land or business deeds? Is it correct info?

Did you apply for a loan with the land papers or did you just showed the land papers with rest of your documents when u filed the visa..

No I showed the land papers as property for proving a strong tie to my home country not for a loan. I dont have a loan since the money is already there in my parents bank account. They did accept my property evaluation but refused to take any deeds or ownership papers.

strange. Didn't here this before. Even I'm planing to use both i.e. evaluation + deed/ownership (eng translation)

Hi bro, I applied in May 15th,Just 1 day before you applied, I made the property valuation from a CA farm, You can make it from any CA farm, Just go there with your property deeds, Bank Statements, Stock investments (If you've) etc and these guys will make it for you and will charge around 3000 TK per valuation file (Per person)

I had a conversation with embassy earlier, they also told me not to send deeds but to send land tax files (These are also hard to find ) So I discussed this with some big bro's in this forum and through social networks who are currently in canada. they told to do the valuation form a CA farm.

Though embassy told me to provide the rental agreements but VFS didn't accept that too. I also showed them the mail correspondent with embassy but still though they didn't take my rental agreements but I mentioned that on the affidafit which is considered the most important document of all and is the only document which VO will not return.

Being and under 19, I also have to take the custodianship and submit extra paper work , had passed with a lot of stress on that week. Best of luck for you.

good to hear im not the only one to have this problem. I also had my parents property evaluated and i submitted those papers. my evaluation was from Sylhet city corporation (architecture department).

btw why did u submit a custodian declaration. The age boundary is 18 not 19. If u r 18 u dont have to do that.

Bro, I'm going for Newfoundland at Memorial University of Newfoundland, there the age of maturity is 19 :/ Had to pay extra 750 CAD $, TOtal wastage of money :-( ( Wish could buy a mac with that )

Hey bro...I am also going to apply....I think this is because the visa office moved to Singapore...

what are the other documents you have submitted ??

land tax receipt and and any other property documents ??

& what about business documents for eg. audit report/trade license etc??

No bro, This is not because the visa office has been transferred to singapore, They are taking the docs as per the requirements of our BD embassy. In the SG embassy website I found they wants rental agreements, Trade license both but VFS didn't take mine. I showed them the printed reference while giving my documents. They told me they know more than the website itself ! ! ! That's funny, If they don't take then we have no way. Declare the rental income in the affidafit and make the property valuation from CA farm. They accept these docs and remember they don't take Land Tax docs. Now processing time will be lengthy too. I applied on May 15th. But the tracker says it just been couriered to singapore :/

You need around 8 weeks to heard the result of the 1st pool ( Refusal or Medical call)

Bank statements, Solvency certificate , FDR'S, Stock Investment proofs etc are the main funding source. For undergrad you must show the bank balance with at least 1 years cost in it, it's always better to keep at least 2 years and you've to show your sponsor's income to prove that they can sustain back here after paying your tutions and other costs.

Just need to prove 2 things : You have enough funding and you will return home after studies.

*solvency certificates
*Audit report (maybe VFS wont accept it)
*Tax assessment
*property valuation

is there anything else(financial docs) i am missing out ??

& bro, for FDR's what vfs asks to submit ?? FDR bank statement & FDR solvency Certificate ?? or something else ??
