I'm going to have to quit my job when I go up to Canada again, but I was wondering about this:
My sister owns several businesses. She always tells me that she always holds a position for me at her business, that it's mine whenever I want it. So, I was thinking of having my sister write a notarized letter saying that even though I don't have a job right now, I can always work for her when I do return to my home country. That she will always have a position available for me.
Does this sound too informal, like it won't "hold up" with the IO? What does everyone think? Any ideas?
