i want to apply for skilled worker PR but my query is i have been working at my husbands company as HR manager for 5 years now. Do i need to mention this, or i jus treat it as normal employment. My husband will be accompaning me. My husband formed this company years back but he does not work there, some1 else runs the company and i am an employee.
 
If your husband is working somewhere else you will include his work exp also. So where is the problem? Just treat it as normal and submit your docs like appointment letter, increment letters , salary certificates and it should be on letter head of the company

Its my husbands company, so i am worried that what if they find it during background checks and i havent declared it. Do i need to explain that its my husbands conpany?
