Hi there.

As per CIC , Proof of work experience I need to submit reference letter from my employer.

As per the Application Guide, pay stubs are additional supporting documents which forms part of evidence of pay that you have received. If the reference letter has the pay details along with the other details as per the requirement, then I think it should be ok (since you received cash payment for the first job). For the second job, I would suggest you get the reference letter with pay details then submit it along with the pay stubs as part of the application package.

Yes, I was directly reporting to the Managing Director of the Company. Therefore, he can definitely give the letter on his behalf highlighting every detail.
