Proof of work experience (two people signing )

I asked for proof of work experience from the school I worked in as a teacher. Normally, my immediete supervisor (department head), doesn't have authority to issue this letter. Since I wanted to include her name and title the school issued my proof of work experience with two people signing 1)a member of the school board and 2) my immediate supervisor. Is it ok if my letter contained two names (with their titles, emails, and signatures) in my proof of work experience letter?

I don't think that will be a problem if the letter has all the required information.
