I know that Proof of Vaccination is required to enter Canada, but just wanted to confirm if it is required to apply for a visitor visa now?
The reason why I have asked this is because at the following link, when I select family reunification for less than 6 months, it says that Proof of Vaccination is required, but only when you are travelling. However, the main head reads "Documents to submit with your visa application and bring when you travel".
