Proof of ties back home

I am applying to study a diploma course in canada..I have a business that was registered in 2012. I have attached a copy of regristration certificate, recent two months bank statements, a letter signed by lawyers appointing persons to act on my behalf while am away, my mothers family business certificates and birth certificate. Will this be enough proof of ties back home when applying for student visa

Try to get this business estimate value from a property evaluator and also attach other assets and property you own in your country.

Try to get admission in the university.
