Proof of residency/school attendance record !!HELPPPP PLZZZZZ

Hi Everyone ,
I'm planning to re-new my PR and then after 2 months apply for my citizenship , one of the requirements is
• for all school-aged children, written records verifying attendance within the past five (5) years.
Can you please help me with what exactly I need the school to prepare for me ??!!!
I was looking in the current forum but could get any information, and from what I read in most cases the applications are returned cuz of the school record requirement .

I would really appreciate if you could send me exactly what they need in this matter .

i think they want to know that whole time u mentioned in ur application...match what u say with your childrens education...from school...a letter saying that if u have kids going to school attending from last five years regularly...that will show that u was in canada for last 5 years...since ur kids going school full time...if u have school going kids...a letter from kids school will cover that part.

its all upto school where ur kids go...what ever simple letter mentioning that these kids regularly attending classes for last 5 years...thats it...that will cover your ass!!!! ..just kidding...

well ironically they asked for the template

take that letter to school.and ask the principle for that template...she knows better than u...reason...she deals that kind of letter every day. .school principle know exactly what template u need...u r not alone in that swiming pool....
