Proof of residency in Canada

In my country They need a prove of residency for at least 5 years.
I lived in Canada for 10 years, what document Do I need to proof 10 years of residency in Canada?

The presentation of my Canadian citizen card or my Canadian passport is enough ?

If you need this for your country, it would be best to ask them what they will accept as proof. You could send a copy of your Canadian passport and citizenship card. A letter from your employer or something like that.
