I was unable to send any joint leases or house ownership or utilities bills. I was unable to provide documents with us at the same address also.

However I provided a joint bank account with 10,000$ in it, notarized letters from both sides of the family stating our relationship is genuine, notarized letter from my parents stating we are living at their house and print outs of both of our facebook profiles showing our marriage is public along with the 20 pics

Do you think this will be enough?!

I also included explanation letters as to why I can't provide joint lease/ownership and utilities. The notarized letter is proof of why I can't provide these.

I didn't provide any proof of joint lease or ownership... I considered the joint ownership is our joint account, and our utilities our credit card (i have her my extension on my credit card even if she is back home... it says on the requirements you have to provide at least 3.. i think you are good>>. How about the remitance? do you send her money?

I didn't provide any explanation letter regarding about joint lease.

i have provided the 4 documents
- joint account

She is here with me in Canada so I have no need to send her money. We have a joint bank account we use

I provided what I could! Explanation letters and everything

Shouldn't that be enough?

My wife is American if that makes any difference

you need one more document,

A notarized letter from my parents stating we are living with them should count for the lease portion maybe. I have 2 separate notarized letters from them. One states we live with them, the other states our relationship is genuine

Anyone?

Does the fact that she is from the USA make the rules a little more lenient?
