Dear Members,

Can anyone help me in in the proof of relationship section for the document upload.

You must provide proof of your relationship with your host or family member. This can include:

a marriage certificate
Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM5409)
a birth certificate
an official document naming you as a parent
a copy of the inside back cover of the inviter's passport showing the inviter's parents, if applicable.

Is this proof of relationship to my sibling in canada or spouse who is in the application.

If you are invited under FSW program, you can claim points of adaptability for sibling. If there is only one container for proof of relationship to upload documents, you should create one PDF file with marriage certificate and supporting documents for sibling relationship. Explain it in the LOE.
