Proof of relationship to sponsor

Hello guys.I,the applicant im a PR(Living in Canada),my husband is an outland (living in albania) 23 years old just finished his university.In the document checklist proof of relationship to sponsor it requires One document from three sets of option:
There are 6 points and from them i can complete only 2 ,the financial support between us and public relationship.the other 4 points are:

1-Joint utilities accounts(electricity,telephone,gas).
2-Joint ownership of residential property or joint residential leases or joint rental agreements.
3-Importants documents showing the same address for you and your sponsor,such as copies of government issued identification(drivers license,insurance policies ect.)
4-Important document for you and your sponsor that you are recognized as each other's spouse( employment,insurance benefits).

Now my question how can i get this 4 points ,when until now my husband was supported by his parents in all of that ,he has never worked because he has been studying all this time.
1-He is lliving in his parents house, the electricity ,telephone also it has been paid by his father.
2-The house is in his parents name ,but as in the family certificate we live together ,albanian law says that we have our part in that house.It is divided parents and Children.As we dont live together for the moment but only when she came from vacations i dont know what to do about this.Is it better to take my father to the Notary to declare that we live in his house and that the electricity and everything is supported by him?
3-As we dont live together we cant show the same address,The only way to show it is the marriage certificate it is written on it that we have the same address.what about other documents that can show the same address,but i think it doesn't make sense as we dont live together.
4-First my husband has never worked because he has been studying ,i the sponsor im working but how can i show that we are recognized as each other's spouse?Insurane benefits also how can show that we are recognized as each other's spouse.

I was thinking to write a letter of explanation about all of this 4 point,but i dont know who to start.

No one has an opinion yet because it's the new kit and no one knows what the VOs are going to do with people who cannot provide the stuff they want, and whether they will be willing to accept alternate explanations. Over the next few months we'll start to learn more, as they start to process applications using the new kit. Right now, they're just barely getting to the visa offices, and people can still submit using the older kit until January 31st.

There are a lot of people who fall into your situation, I'm sure. I know my husband and I would have. If I were in your position I would explain it in detail, and hope they would be satisfied with that explanation.
