I doubt it, unless the spouse's address is on the statement, as you can have a bank account in a country you don't live in. Things like a driver's license, a lease or homeowner documents, or tax forms are better evidence of residency.
my brother in law is residing in alberta and he is permanent resident.
i filled in EE profile about him, because i dnt want to hide anything.
but its not possible that he will provide any thing to me like PR card, birth certificate because of family issue.
still im waiting for ITA so i dnt create personalized checklist.
can someone help me regarding this.
