Proof of relationship (spouse) question ?

I read somewhere in the forum that some cases need proof of relationship like emails, pictures, messages... when they apply for PR through EE. I and my wife have been in marriage for over a year. I wonder if we may be asked for proof of relationship or not when applying for PR through EE ?

That generally happens if you apply and then get married while your application is being processed or you want to sponsor a spouse just after you get your PR. If you're married before you apply for PR and show your spouse on application you won't be asked those things.

The objective of asking all the proof if you get married during the process or just after PR is to make sure it's not a fraud marriage just to obtain PR. In your case if you already have a spouse that doesn't apply.
