Proof of relationship .Need help with one point.

Hello my wife is a PR in Canada, I the PA live outside Canada and never been in Canada.We are applying for spousal sponsorship.
i would appreciate everyone who helps me with this point:
°Important documents showing that we are recognized as each others spouse such as (Employment or Insurance Benefits)
My wife when filled the taxes for the first time in 2015 at that time we were married in 2014 september so when she was fullfilling the taxes they asked for her marital status and she said she is married she also asked for my name and the person who filled the taxes added my name on it..Now i want to know where to take this information so we can use it for this point?Does my wife has to go te the employer to ask for this document that shows we are recognized as each other spouses or to ask a CRA about this document?

See if it is on her Option C. She can get that online from CRA.
