Proof of Medical Exam

Hi guys!

I was refused lately. I am going to reapply. I have done my medicals and already passed.

What are we going to upload in the "Proof of Medical Exam"? I don't have a copy of my Medical Exam Result.

Please help.

You don't have to upload the result. We don't get the results as a copy. You need to scan and upload the medical confirmation form along with the code mentioned in it. Mostly when you do the medicals, the hospital authorities upload the results themselves directly to CIC.
