Proof of Means of Financial Support

Hope someone can help me here , I got ITA under the last CEC invitation , I have filled my application and In the supporting documents checklist it asks for Proof of means of financial support , I vaguely recollect reading somewhere that if you are in Canada and invited in CEC then this is not asked , is that true or have i filled up my application wrong.
Kindly guide me

True. Just write a letter of explanation citing that you don’t have to show financial proof and upload that document in to that section.
Plenty of info on the board. Use the search function to find it.
