Hi,
As a proof of language proficiency, can I submit to CIC my CELPIP exam scores that I received online?
This is pretty a print of the webpage of the scores posted online.
-or-
Do I have wait for the hardcopy of scores to arrive from CELPIP to include in my CIC application?

Experts please comment

Thanks

I was reading your old posts and I was just wondering that if you have done your education in india and in usa, then why did not you attach that as language proof?
What was the reason for submitting CELPIP?

They have to send you an envelope with the official results to be open only by CIC staff. You can keep printout from website for your own records.

Hi coolguysam,
Yes you are right, I do have those degrees. But there seems to be too much of difference in opinion when it comes to proof of language.
Some have successfully made it and for some it was not accepted.
So I thought that it would be better to just take the test i.e. CELPIP - it did not require much of prep for me
I believe you have already submitted your application and are well on your way.
Thanks Highfive for your input.
But from what I have read is that you do not need to provide a sealed copy to CIC. It could be simply a photocopy?
Am I missing something here?

Thanks

Thank you, Plus.

I have submitted the photocopies of bachelors degree and masters degree, marksheets for bachelor degree, transcripts for master degree, letters from both universities from where i did bachelors and master's degree stating that language of instruction was english.

Good luck thecoolguysam! I would imagine with all the docs you have submitted, they will trust your proof of English proficiency
