Hi ,

we have got an email from CIC stating that my application is being recommended to Buffalo, NY visa office.

This query is regarding PROOF OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY ( ENGLISH) / Other evidence in writing

Your written submission detailing how you learned and how you use English
and/or French;
• Official documentation of education in English or French;
Q 1) AS per the guide section 6): EDUCATION/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS ; all educational photo copies needs to be submiitted & these are in english
How do i state that point ? Is there a format avilable ?
• Official documentation of work experience in English or French.
Q 2) All my work experience is in English. How do i state that point ? Is there a format avilable ?
• Other applicable documentation.
Q 3) what else do I need to provide ?


I have less than 120 days now, Any responses would be Highly appreciated .

i second that. if u r not from a english speaking country, u must go for IELTS. otherwise it will be IO's discretion to give u points for language proficiency.

This person says all his experience has been in English. He might be American born.

as per his other thread, he was born in India and moved to USA only in 2006. so, i think he must take IELTS.
