I'm trying to get the "proof of knowledge of English language" for my citizenship application, and I recently found in my old papers, a "Canadian Language Benchmark Placement Test" taken during my program at Skills Connect for newcomers - May 2013.
The single sheet I have says that I have "8" in each field of evaluation: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. The paper also says that I'm "ELSA ineligible" and, on the comments section, that I'm "BCSCIP
Is there any kind soul out there that could tell me if I could use this Benchmark Test as proof of knowledge of English language for my citizenship application?
