hi to all,
i read from the CIC website that the POF for 2 persons is $13,837. What i want to know is that the 2 persons means PA + 2persons or PA + 1person. To be specific, me and my wife r travelling and what is the POF, me being the PA? Thanx for ur patience.

PA + spouse = 2 persons
If your spouse is included in the application but she is not accompanying now with you, still you should show the entire funds CAD - 13837/- while your landing. She don't have to show funds later when she land.

i have a NRE account in IOB which has the needed funds. will a bank letter and bank statement duly signed and stamped is sufficient at the landing. also i possess a International Debit Card. wil that do for my POF?

The number of persons is the total number of persons in the application, including the PA.

So funds for PA+you would be $13,837 CAD
