I have my saving accounts jointly held by me and my mother with me as first holder. I habe sufficient funds in my account but as per to my knowledge that account will not be valid. Is there any way we can make it valid by attaching an affidavit or no objection declaration by my mother?
And, i have FD's on my name which make up the minimum required amount. If my accounts don't work out, can i attach only FD's as proof of funds? They are cashable. Kindly help.

Yes FD is best bet.
