Hello ,
in the process of gathering proof of funds.
my mother is willing to give me almost half the amount .

she will be transferring this to my account.
and i need not give her back this money.

how do i justify this ?
is it fine to get money from our parents

Yes but you will need to a gift deed prepared for this transaction to prove it is a gift.

more over i have been transferring my mother Rs 10k every month for the last three years.
so that she saves it for my future.
can i show that she is returning back the money that i had sent to her over the past years ?

If you get gift deed prepared, you will not need to justify it tbh. But if you want you can add this in your LoE.
