will I need proof of funds through bc pnp skilled worker stream I have a job offer?

I don't know about BC. I'm an AB applicant. I submitted a letter from my employer, which states my salary. There's also a CIC form where I fill up to say how much fund in CAD I have. I didn't include any proof like bank statements or anything like that. They didn't ask for it. Everything was fine.
