Hello Seniors,
I need your guidance.
I have got my IELTS results today with L - 9, R - 8, S - 7 and W - 6.5. I have got the ECA from WES of Double Bachelors.
Based on this info, my CRS is 410.
I have few concerns, if seniors can guide me through these and give their valuable feedback.
1 - What do you recon, do I stand a chance for the ITA in the next draws in May 2017? the last draw score was 415.
2 - I have three educational degrees 1) ACCA, which has been considered as 4 years bachelor degree 2) BSc in Applied Accounting, which is also recognized as four year bachelors degree and 3) CFA - This has not been evaluated by WES, however, the CFA Institute sent all the required documents to WES. My question is should I mention the CFA in my profile and show that WES has not evaluated or there is no need to complicate the application? Would this give me any benefit, if I mention this?
3 - My current employer is 4th - I have previously worked at three companies. One of them is where I have worked for three months July 2015 to November 2015 in Pakistan? Should I mention that? Second, after November 2015 to February 2015, I was working with my current employer on contract and waiting for the visa for Saudi Arabia. Should I mention this period or should I leave it. Thirdly, Is it important to get the proper detailed experience letter from the current employer, since I don't want to create or hint for anything with my current employer? I'm aware that I need to provide the documents after ITA, however, I'm trying to arrange the documents beforehand to save some time.
3 - Should I start arranging for Police Clearance Certificate? As in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, it takes lot of time to arrange these documents? I have read in one of thread that the one person got the visa rejected due to the invalidity of the PCC.
4 - I believe, this is one of major and tricky problem. I have taken personal loan from Saudi Arabia and remitted to Pakistan to co-invest in my father business and I don't maintain any bank balance as I mostly remit my funds to Pakistan very quickly and keep on co-investing with my father. None of these investments are under my name in any means. Those all are in the name of my father. Since the CIC requires the no liability and bank balance certificate including current balance and average last 6 months balance. How I should handle this problem. There is no problem to transfer the money from my father bank account to my bank account in Pakistan any day, may be today as well. I need special support on this from you champs. So would that suffice to transfer the amount now and show the current bank balance, however, the average balance for the last six months wouldn't show much of balance? Should I consult with the expert consultants or lawyers for immigration and get their professional advice? Please note that I have a money trial, i..e I remitted the funds from Saudi Arabia to Pakistan in my father account and he has been maintained good sum of balance in that account. Should I take the risk and write the proper LOE to explain this situation? What are the options. I'm just brain storming to reach to the best solution.
I hope I can get the valuable insights from you guys.
Thanks
Vijay
