hi,say, i am in canada for last one year on a full time employment with a family of 3. is it enough if i show $10000 in my canadian bank or still i need to show $18500? i thought that is for only those who are applying PR from India. Right?

If you're eligible under CEC you do not have to show POF.
If you're eligible under FSW you have to meet the minimum fund requirements for a family of 3.
