Under emergency situation can I take out the money from the bank account already shown to cic for pof? if I have shown more than required amount say 20k cad instead of 12k,can I take out 7 or 8k cad from the same account ? Or shuld I maintain the same 20k amount in my account until my application decision is made?

You can as long as you maintain the minimum required amount till you land.

No. You can only show the liquidated value of those investments as proof of funds.
