I have just created a new bank account, and it has suffiecient money which CIC requires, is that okay?
Or does it have any requirement that this bank account should be at least 4 months or 6 months or something like that?

No such requirements.

However, since it is a new account assuming you have an ITA or will receive one soon you will have to prove where those funds came from (i.e - bank statement from other bank to match the transfer to your account). They want to see that the funds belong to you.
