I am working on restoring status as visitor, as my work permit extension has been refused without a LMIA. I wonder for CIC officers what are the concerns while processing the visitor visa, i know the more the. Better but usually how much of funds for inland application will be considered enough or preferred?
Thxks everyone, I have heard restoration of status could involve lots risks. At the same day of refusal, I had the LAA letter from PNP office inviting me to submit documents, I really want to prepare my application as much as I could so that might probably give me a chance to continue the PNP application.
