Hi every one

iam planing to apply for immigration with my family , but only me will come first
and i bring my family later >> in this case should i proof the funds only for my self or i should make it for all of my family members
as far as i know for one persone 11000$ ,,, how much i should have if iam landing alone first >>

i want take my family only when i find a job

If you apply for all together you need to have all the funds for all of you, even if your family come later, also when they the stamp your passport with your PR and your family I have heard it's last only 3 months, if your family doesn't land they will lost they PR.

i heard that i must apply before 26-01-2009 if i want immigrate within 6 to 12 month


is that true , cause one lowyer tel me so and i have to pay him the mony before that date, and i feel that is not true please advice

he is costing 3000$
600$ advance along with 550 immigration fee
600$ when the i get the file no
1000$ on midical exam
the rest on visa issuance
