hi I am from India, going to apply for September intake 2018, my major concern is that who can support my studies expenses while studying in Canada. My agent deny to attach documents of support given by my brother in law they said only blood relation can support me financially, as I am going to apply for the first time please tell me that i have paid 1 semester college fee and also gic total amount which i paid is 19,200 cad. I show my parents income (itr) but its not sufficient to prove that I have enough funds then I decided to attach brother in law income which is worth more then my studies. Please tell me and guide me what should i do because i do not want refusal.
Financial supporter could be 1 or 2 i mean along with parents who else can support financially

You can get your brother in law funds. Get an affidavit letter of support from him, stating that he will support you financially for studies, living, air fares etc.
Remember it has to be notarised attested.

Since you have paid your GIC even higher than the usual 10280kcad, I will advise you to pay for 1yr tuition fees and apply under SDS(if you've not applied before), that way, you don't even need your parents ITR or show bank statement, given you have an IELTS of overall 6 and 6 in each bands..

But on the other note, you can still show bank statement if you want just for mere formality. Your brother in-law can support you financially, he just need to write a letter of support stating that he will cosponsor you and how much he's committing into it, and he needs to show proof of relationship to you and his bank statement

Yes you have to show your parents funds as well. It will only make your case strong.
Your agent might not have done this before,or they have not researched.
Agents are the piece of shitts in india.
convince your agent
