Gift deed is OK.I don't have enough balance in my account.
Can I ask for gift deed from my dad for 15000 CAD and put it in my account?
Do IRCC asks for statement of my father or is the gift deed ok ????

It's a subjective matter. Just for info, the immigration Department is very fussy about the proof of funds. Good to give less number of reason to them to have doubt on you. Better to have this document from parents. You can also use funds from your spouse account without any issue.Hmmm ok .
