We are family based in UAE, husband and kids are canadian citizen, wife pakistani citizen. We are in process of filling out forms for me(wife) outland family PR. My husband /sponsor is non resident hence doesnt have active account in canada. Can we show proof of funds from UAE accounts?

There's no POF requirement for spousal sponsorship.

Yes you can show proof that you have enough funds to move to Canada and support yourselves without government help from any source of funds in or outside Canada. You will also have to show proof that your family intends to permanently relocate to Canada. If you have limited proof at the moment you can update your application as you firm up your plans to return to Canada.
