Hello All,
I have few queries related to my proof of funds. But before proceeding with my queries, I would like to explain my current situation and status as well.
1. I applied for student visa for sept, 2016 intake, which got approved and currently am in Canada
2. My current CRS score is 360, however I gave IELTS yesterday(11 Feb, 2017), and if the result(23 Feb, 2017) comes as
L-8, RWS-7,
It will boost my CRS score from 360 to 450(As I am already done with Masters of Computer Applications and have 3 years of work experience as software developer)
3. Last CRS cut off was 447, and if by GOD's grace, I achieve my required IELTS score, it is much likely for me to get ITA within next 1 or 2 months.
4. I am already done with my WES process
5. As am in Canada as a student for now, so I do have my Canadian Bank Account as well
6. Am able to receive the required fund for two persons(me and my wife) from my parents in my Indian or Canadian Bank account as well.

Now, if in best case, I get ITA, then below are my queries :
1. Will my Canadian Bank statement work as a proof of fund(POF), if the required fund for two persons, be transferred from my parent's(Indian) account to my Canadian Bank Account?
2. Will it create any issue, if the fund is recently transferred to my Canadian Bank account, when it comes to show proof of funds? As I have read at many sites, that a person needs to maintain funds for six months, however, most of the cases, where I read that, was a complete different scenario compared to me
3. If my Canadian Bank statements are not valid proof of funds, then how do I show funds given from my parents to me as valid POF? As the amount given by my parents is their own money, and they intent to help me
4. Are the funds given by my parents to me, needed to be transferred into my Indian Bank Account or any notarized gift certificate is required to show as valid POF?

As in best case, if I get an ITA, it's obvious that, It's not possible for me to show the balance for more than a month in my Indian or Canadian Account, if the condition is to maintain a balance of six months.

I am in need of solution/suggestion/advice, as I feel, despite of having funds, I don't know how to show them after receiving ITA.
All the help is really appreciable.

Please feel free to ask me any question, if you are not getting my queries.

1 - It's fine as long as you get a declaration from your father or mother that the funds are a gift and not a loan. You must also provide proof of transfer.
2 - No issues - the whole having the funds for 6 months is complete bs.
3 - See 1
4 - No - it can be transferred directly to your Canadian bank account. No need to notarize anything either, a self declaration plus proof of transfer is sufficient.

First of all, your prompt reply is really appreciable.
Thank you so much for the same

So, in Point 2 "No issues - the whole having the funds for 6 months is complete bs."
You meant to say that, recent transfer of funds in my account is fine? Is it?
Also,
my Canadian Bank statements are fine as POF? Am I correct on this?

1 - Yes, your parents can transfer you the money and you can apply as soon as you have it in your account. There is no rule that states that you must have the money in your account for 6 months.

2 - Ideally get a letter from the bank following IRCC's requirements - if they refuse to provide some of the information then you can submit in addition the last 6 month bank statements as POF.
It doesn't matter whether it is a Canadian account or not.

Hello DelPiero07,

Do you know about the documents of work experience? Is it that
1. Only Experience Letter is required?
2. Experience Letter + Payslips required?
3. Experience Letter + Payslips + Related Bank Statements(Payroll Entries) required?

As, if the bank statements are required for 6 months, it's been more than 6 months for me to leave my job, as currently am a student in Canada.

The reference letter is the mandatory document needed - anything else that you're able to provide (pay stubs, tax returns, contract, relieving letter) is a plus.

People don't really provide bank statements to prove work experience.
