Proof Of Funds - Property on father's name

Hey Friends

regarding POF , Can we prove that the property we own ( actually its on the name of my father) makes the requirement fulfill.? Father can issue an Power of attorney on my name before selling the property.?

Please advise if this can be done and acceptable by CIC

Property in the name of father means it is his property. POA will not help.Family settlement can be there and under that settlement your share can be sold and that money is deposited in ur account to show as POF.
