I had enough amount in my bank for proof of funds and I had submitted ITA accordingly. Post that due to reuirments I have withdrawn money for certan things. Is this a problem.

If the agents enquire to view your statement balance or bank statements during soft landing or even during the review process, then it wouldn’t be a good scenario for you and can possibly end in your application put under review or worse.
There is a decent chance they might not ask for your proof of funds again. This depends on your background, employment, annual compensation etc
